Submitting a form or requesting an estimate starts a conversation. It does not create any obligation for you to list, buy, or sell a property, and it does not obligate 937 Realty to provide services. Any real estate services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both of us.

Our seller check and foreclosure calculators produce automated, informational estimates based on third-party property data and the answers you provide.

Estimated values and estimated net proceeds are not appraisals, guaranteed sale prices, binding offers, lender payoff quotes, or a guarantee of what you will receive at closing.

• Your actual mortgage payoff, including interest, fees, and any second mortgage, HELOC, or lien, is set by your lender and lienholders.
• Property taxes, transfer and conveyance fees, title and settlement charges, and prorations vary by county and by transaction.
• Commissions and concessions are negotiable and depend on your written agreement and the terms of the sale.
• Property condition, repairs, inspections, appraisals, and buyer negotiations can change the final numbers.
• Market conditions change, and automated value estimates can be revised as new data becomes available.

Always confirm your numbers with your lender, your title company, and your closing statement before making a financial decision.

Using the calculator, requesting an estimate, or submitting a form does not by itself create an agency relationship, a listing agreement, or a buyer representation agreement with 937 Realty. Those relationships are only created by a separate written agreement.

Text messaging from 937 Realty is completely optional. You choose it with separate, unchecked checkboxes on our forms.

• Service messages: if you opt in, we may text you about the property estimate you requested, your inquiry, appointments, and service updates.
• Marketing messages: we only send recurring marketing texts about 937 Realty services and offers if you give separate marketing consent. Service consent alone never enables marketing texts.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase and is not required to use the calculator or to receive your results.
• Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You may receive one final message confirming that you've been opted out.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive text messages is not consent to receive automated or prerecorded phone calls.

How we handle your mobile number and opt-in information is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or someone else's information, including a phone number you are not authorized to use.
• Use the site or calculators for unlawful purposes, or to harass, spam, or defraud anyone.
• Scrape, copy, or republish site content, or attempt to access accounts, admin areas, or data you're not authorized to access.
• Interfere with, overload, or attempt to disrupt the website or its security.

The text, design, photography, logos, and calculator tools on this website are owned by 937 Realty or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reuse them without our written permission. Property data and valuation estimates are supplied by third-party providers and remain subject to their rights.

This site links to and uses third-party services, including mapping, property data, chat, and CRM providers. We don't control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

The website and calculators are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that property data, valuations, or estimates are accurate, complete, or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 937 Realty is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the website or reliance on any estimate. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Nothing here is legal, tax, or financial advice.
