You only give us information when you choose to. Depending on which form or calculator you use, that may include:

• Your name, email address, and mobile phone number.
• The property address you enter, along with details you confirm or adjust — property type, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, year built, and the condition you select.
• Your approximate mortgage balance, any second mortgage or HELOC balance, past-due amounts, and other liens you enter in a calculator.
• Your selling timeline, buying timeframe, financing status, areas and price range you're interested in, and whether you have a home to sell.
• Any message or question you type into a form.
• Your text-message consent choices, including which boxes you checked, the exact wording shown to you, the phone number covered, the page you were on, and the date and time.

When you enter an address, we request property information and an automated valuation estimate from a third-party property-data provider, and we use Google's address lookup service to standardize the address. We store that returned property data along with the estimated value range and the sale price, selling costs, and net proceeds our calculator computes from your answers.

These figures are automated estimates for information only. They are not an appraisal, a lender payoff quote, a guaranteed sale price, or a guarantee of what you would actually receive at closing.

Our seller check and foreclosure calculators save your progress as you move through the steps, so the address, property details, condition, and balances you enter are saved to our systems before you reach the final screen — even if you stop partway through.

Your name, phone number, and email are only saved when you submit them on the contact step. Once we have your name and a phone number or email, that information is also sent to our customer relationship management (CRM) system so we can respond to your request. Your text-message consent choices are recorded exactly as you set them and are never assumed from anything else you do.

We also collect limited technical and campaign information:

• The page you were on, the website that referred you, and campaign tags in the link you clicked (for example utm_source or utm_campaign).
• A randomly generated session identifier stored in your browser's session storage so your calculator answers stay attached to the same visit. It clears when you close the tab.
• Standard server and hosting logs, including your IP address and browser information, used to operate and secure the site.
• Cookies and similar storage set by our live chat widget, provided by LeadConnector (GoHighLevel), so it can operate the chat conversation.
• Google's address lookup and mapping services, which may set their own cookies or process technical data when the address field is used.

We do not currently run our own third-party advertising pixels or retargeting tags on this website. If that changes, we will update this policy. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies; the site will still work, though the chat widget and address lookup may be affected.

• To respond to your inquiry and follow up about your request.
• To produce and deliver your calculator results, estimates, and any net sheet you ask for.
• To provide the real estate services you request, including listing, buying, and open house help.
• To operate, secure, improve, and troubleshoot the website and calculators.
• To send communications consistent with the consent you gave — service messages, and marketing messages only where you agreed to receive them.
• To keep records we need for business, accounting, and legal purposes.

We use trusted companies to run the website and deliver our services. They only receive the information they need to perform their work for us, and they are required to protect it and use it only on our behalf. These include:

• Website hosting and database providers that run 937realty.com and store form submissions.
• GoHighLevel / LeadConnector, our CRM, chat widget, and messaging platform.
• A property-data provider that supplies property details and automated valuation estimates.
• Google, for address autocomplete and mapping.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information.

937 Realty does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is specific to 937 Realty and is not transferred to other businesses. We may provide limited information to service providers that operate our messaging program solely on our behalf, subject to confidentiality and use restrictions.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including restricted server-side access to lead records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep information for as long as needed to serve you and for our legitimate business, accounting, and legal record-keeping needs — including records of text-message consent and opt-outs, which we retain to show what was agreed and when.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity, and some information may be retained where the law or our legitimate business needs require it.

• Email: click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us and ask to be removed.
• Text messages: reply STOP to any message from us to opt out, or reply HELP for help. You may receive one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.
• Phone calls: tell us you'd prefer not to be called and we'll note it.

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our site may link to other websites, such as listing portals or partner services. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices; please review their policies.

We may update this policy as our website and services change. The effective date at the top shows when the current version took effect. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
